Why are the Podcasts Reposted?

You may be wondering why I am reposting podcasts that originally appeared a few months ago.

The software I was using to upload podcasts was not particularly user friendly, and I did not like the way the audio files appeared. Not only were they difficult to locate on this website, they were difficult to play and download.

A friend recently recommended that I try a different podcasting software, and wow — it was SO EASY! The files loaded where I expected, the way I expected.  And the media player was icing on the cake.

Now that playing the podcast is easy, I reposted every episode and included the new interview with Tim Seaman and Jeff Salvage.

On top of the that, generating an RSS feed to submit to iTunes for approval was also pretty easy.  With any luck, the WALK Podcast will be available there, too.

Though I am pretty good at figuring out how to work a variety of different software programs, this whole WordPress, podcasting, iTunes scenario took a little bit longer to straighten out than I had anticipated. And to tell the truth, when the software didn’t work as expected, it really hurt my creativity.

Now that those three things are officially working adequately, the creative juices are starting to flow again. I cannot wait to get some of my new ideas moving!
